Allergens and dietary restrictions:

  • Our cakes contain gluten and dairy and cannot be made without their use.

  • We do not use nuts or nut products in our bakery. However, our Chocolate Soufflé Cheesecake and Tiramisu Cloud Cup contain Cacao powder, which may have come into contact with nuts during the manufacturing process. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that these products are completely free of nuts.

  • If you have an allergy, we strongly recommend inquiring about our products before purchasing or consuming them. Our team will be happy to answer any questions and provide you with additional information to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

Is there gelatin/animal products in the cheesecakes?

  • Our cheesecakes do not contain any meat or gelatin-based products, but they do contain dairy and eggs.

Does the Tiramisu Cloud Cup contain alcohol?

  • No, there is no alcohol in our Tiramisu Cloud Cup.

What is the shelf life of Flüf products?

  • For optimal taste and texture, we recommend enjoying our cakes and cloud cups within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Our cheesecakes can be stored at room temperature for up to one day, but we recommend storing them in the refrigerator for overnight storage. When stored properly in the refrigerator, our cheesecakes can remain fresh for 2-3 days.

  • Our cloud cups should be stored in the refrigerator and are best consumed within 2-3 days of purchase to ensure the highest quality.

Can the sweetness of the cakes be adjusted?

  • No, our cheesecakes are made in batches with a fixed recipe, so we cannot adjust the sweetness of each individual cake. However, we take great care in designing our cakes to be well-balanced and consistently delicious.

How far in advance can I pre-order?

  • When placing an order in advance, we recommend that you do so at least 24 hours ahead of time for large orders. For regular/small orders (3-4 cakes), you can call to place a same-day order, or 24 hours in advance.

  • Please note that while we always try to have all of our menu items available, there may be times when certain items are not available due to high demand or other factors.

Do you take party/catering orders?

  • Yes, we do take party and catering orders for our cheesecakes and our cloud cups. We strongly recommend that catering orders be placed at least a week in advance.
